Founder, CEO & President

• Saiid has over 35 years of audit, SOX and industry experience. He worked for PWC at its offices in London, Los Angeles, Bermuda, Boston and San Jose for more than 12 years. Additionally, Saiid served as CFO of public and private companies for over 15 years before founding ICC in 2003. He has a master’s degree in accounting and is a California CPA.

Vineeta Jain (CPA, CISA)
Director, SOX Compliance:

• Vineeta has over 20 years of industry experience in senior technical and finance roles in multiple companies including 12 years managing SOX and Internal Audit projects for ICC. She has an MBA in Finance and Systems, and a BS in Computer Science. Vineeta is a California CPA and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).

Jennifer Chen, (CPA)
Financial Compliance Manager

• Jennifer has over 20 years of industry experience in senior accounting and finance positions in multiple technology companies. This includes 11 years of SOX and Internal Audit experience with ICC. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics. Jennifer is a California CPA.

Bruce Basirmand
Compliance Manager

• Bruce worked in public and private companies in senior accounting and finance positions for over a decade, most recently as a Corporate Controller. In addition, he also has 13 years of SOX and internal audit experience with ICC. Bruce has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
